Doxygen Documentation

The Doxygen document generator is used in JEDI for generating low-level documentation of classes, functions, and subroutines.

Doxygen documentation is currently available for the following JEDI components:

• OOPS

• SABER

• IODA

• UFO

• FV3-JEDI
